Rob heise
Rob began in the real estate business in 1991 and established his own real estate practice in 2003 with an approach centered on designing real estate strategy around the culture of the client's objectives that results in an optimum transaction value in the marketplace.
Prior to establishing his own firm Rob opened the Opus Northwest, LLC vertically integrated development office in Kansas City. There he was involved in land acquisition/disposition, development and leasing of institutional and corporate buildings.
After graduating from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in economics, Rob worked for Welsh Companies and Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, Inc. – Office Properties Division where he became skilled in leasing and investment sales.
Rob has a thorough background in site selection, land acquisition and disposition, investment sales, property entitlements, state and municipal inducements, development and leasing. His experience working with municipalities, developers, real estate managers, institutional real estate groups and large private real estate portfolios provides a distinct negotiating advantage.
Dave Meyer
Dave Meyer was a co-founder of Meyer Brothers Building Company in 1977. Prior to founding Meyer Brothers, Dave began his career with the Comptroller of the Currency upon obtaining his degree from Central Missouri State University in 1969.
This tenure was briefly interrupted with a stint in the U.S. Army from late 1969 until his honorable discharge in 1971. He then served as the Cashier at Broadway National Bank from 1974 until 1977.
This broad financial background has served Meyer Brothers well with Dave’s duties in the areas of development, finance, administration and sales.
Dave has been very involved in the Eastern Jackson County area since moving to Blue Springs in 1973. He is a past member and officer of the Blue Springs Jaycees and the Blue Springs Rotary Club.
Meyer Brothers has been very involved in the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce with Dave having served a term as President and a term as President of its Economic Development Commission. He has served on the Blue Springs R-4 School District’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee and had three children in the school system.
Most recently, Dave served as the 2007 National Chairman of the Associated Builders & Contractors. Dave is a past president of the Association for Industrial Development in the City of Independence, Missouri. He is the past President and continues to serve on the Board of the Blue Springs School of Economics.
Chris foresee
Chris joined Heise-Meyer in 2007, after a successful 25 year career with Pfizer.
She is a native of Kansas City and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Missouri and Kansas. Chris represents Buyer/Sellers, Tenants/Landlords, and Investors throughout the area.
Chris is involved with Eastern Jackson County non-profits including Hope House. She is also on the Advisory Board for the Marian Hope Center.
