Rob heise
Rob established his own real estate practice in 2003 with an approach centered on designing real estate strategy around the culture of the company that results in an optimum transaction value in the marketplace.
Prior to establishing his own firm Rob opened the Opus Northwest, LLC vertically integrated development office in Kansas City. There he was involved in land acquisition/disposition, development and leasing of institutional and corporate buildings.
After graduating from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in economics, Rob worked for Welsh Companies and Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services, Inc. – Office Properties Division where he became skilled in leasing and investment sales.
Rob has a thorough background in site selection, land acquisition and disposition, investment sales, property entitlements, state and municipal inducements, development and leasing. His experience working with municipalities, developers, real estate managers, institutional real estate groups and large private real estate portfolios provides a distinct negotiating advantage.
Dave Meyer
Dave Meyer was a co-founder of Meyer Brothers Building Company in 1977. Prior to founding Meyer Brothers, Dave began his career with the Comptroller of the Currency upon obtaining his degree from Central Missouri State University in 1969.
This tenure was briefly interrupted with a stint in the U.S. Army from late 1969 until his honorable discharge in 1971. He then served as the Cashier at Broadway National Bank from 1974 until 1977.
This broad financial background has served Meyer Brothers well with Dave’s duties in the areas of development, finance, administration and sales.
Dave has been very involved in the Eastern Jackson County area since moving to Blue Springs in 1973. He is a past member and officer of the Blue Springs Jaycees and the Blue Springs Rotary Club.
Meyer Brothers has been very involved in the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce with Dave having served a term as President and a term as President of its Economic Development Commission. He has served on the Blue Springs R-4 School District’s Citizen’s Advisory Committee and had three children in the school system.
Most recently, Dave served as the 2007 National Chairman of the Associated Builders & Contractors. Dave is a past president of the Association for Industrial Development in the City of Independence, Missouri. He is the past President and continues to serve on the Board of the Blue Springs School of Economics.
Ray Gibson
Ray Gibson is a second generation Land Developer, General Contractor and Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience in the Industry. Ray earned two bachelor’s degrees from The University of Kansas in 1978 and started his real estate experience in Kansas City.
Ray’s focus at Heise-Meyer will be working in land development, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties along with sales and leasing of new and existing industrial or institutional buildings.
Prior to joining Heise-Meyer, Ray served as President of The Gibson Companies, Inc., as a General Contractor and Land Developer for commercial and residential real estate. Ray has led the development of numerous projects in the Kansas City area and won several awards for his construction. He has held advisory and board positions at several companies, including Managing Member of Steel Creek Construction & Development, LLC, Vice President of Guardian Group Realty, Inc., Managing Member of G-Squared Custom Homes, LLC and Managing Member of a 155,000 square foot mixed use resort and private residence club in the mountains of Southern California.
Ray is currently a member of multiple industry organizations including the Kansas City Northland Chamber of Commerce, Platte County EDC, Clay County EDC, and the Missouri Board of Realtors, along with the National and local Kansas City Home Builders Associations. Previous memberships include the HBA Governmental Affairs Committee, and member of the California Board of Realtors. He is the holder of a General Contractors license in Missouri and Kansas and has also served on the Kansas City Fire and Building Code Board of Appeals. Ray is also recognized as a Certified Graduate Builder being a multiple winner for the Kansas City American Dream and Pick of the Parade Awards.
garry cobb
Garry joined Heise-Meyer Properties in January 2007. He has been in Business in Eastern Jackson County for over 25 Years, formerly owning Universal Home Care and is present Owner of Lunar Bowl in Blue Springs which was a project done by Meyer Brothers Builders.
With 10 years experience in the Commercial Real estate field as a Business Owner, Garry obtained his Real Estate License in 1998 and later became a Broker in 2005. He specializes in Land and Investment Property in Eastern Jackson County.
Garry has been active in the Community, Serving as President of both Blue Springs Jaycees and Blue Springs Rotary Club.
He has also serves on the Board of Directors of the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Blue Springs Economic Development Corporation.
Garry was named “Outstanding Citizen of the Year” for Blue Springs in 2006 for his work with the community. Garry is From Marshall MO and attended Truman State University.
John pauley
John is Licensed Architectural Engineer with 15 years of property and facility management experience including ownership of a FM/PM company.
John's years of service have brought experience in Consulting as a mechanical/HVAC engineer for design build contractors and privately owned businesses.
He has also served as the Development manager for Farmland Industries' 260,000 SF headquarters building (Financial pro formas and project management).
John Stafford
John joined Heise-Meyer to specialize in tenant representation, sales/leasing, and financial analysis of commercial properties in the greater Kansas City area. He provides services to property owners, tenants, investors and developers.
John is a native of Overland Park, KS and graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Marketing.
He is a licensed real estate agent in Missouri and Kansas and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
Chris foresee
Chris recently joined Heise-Meyer as a sales associate. Her responsibilities include land sales and commercial leasing, with focus in Eastern Jackson County as well as surounding areas.
Prior to joining Heise-Meyer, Chris was an account manager with Pfizer for 25 years.
Chris is a life long resident of Kansas City.
jeannie Davis
Jeannie has been a part of the Meyer Companies team since July 2000. Jeannie plays a key role on the Heise-Meyer team as a property manager. She has worked as the front desk receptionist for 2 years then taking on the property management role as well for the last 5 years at the Meyer Companies.

Jeannie is a graduate of Lees Summit High School and is currently involved with BOMA in the RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation program. Jeannie is married to her husband Adam Davis and has three children, Brandon age 18, Luke age 13 and Madilyn who is 8 months old. Jeannie resides in Grain Valley, MO
